A partnership between Argo Real Estate Ltd and Fusion Group will deliver a vibrant mixed-use community at Foss Bank in York, regenerating this key brownfield site.
Following initial public consultation in the Summer, further detail has been worked up by the project team and a second public consultation is taking place.
This is a unique opportunity to transform a key site in the City, deliver on York’s need for accommodation, create a new public square and gardens, and regenerate this brownfield site.
Further details of the plans will be available from the 21st November.
Since public consultation in the Summer, further detail around layout, building types and sizes, and overall scheme design has taken place. The Foss Bank car park is also no longer within the current proposals.
We have also further developed the landscape-led and place making proposals, to deliver areas of public open space, improved footpaths, and an overall greening of the site.
