A partnership between Argo Real Estate Ltd and Fusion Group will deliver a vibrant mixed-use community at Foss Bank in York, regenerating this key brownfield site.
This scheme will transform a key site in the city, deliver on the growing need for housing and student accommodation and significantly improve the public realm and local environment.
Following public consultation in the summer, the draft proposal has been updated with further detail. The project team is now seeking views on these updated proposals ahead of planning submission.
